About This Program
Showing Up When It Matters Most
The Celebrate Life Program is our recurring outreach initiative — the heartbeat of Moments Matter Foundation. Through this program, we help children, seniors, and families experience meaningful celebrations and uplifting moments during difficult seasons of life.
This is not simply event planning. It is a compassionate act of community — a declaration that every person's life is worth celebrating, that every milestone matters, and that no one should face their most important moments feeling unseen or forgotten.
Our annual goal is to serve 12–24 individuals or families each year through this program — bringing joy, dignity, and hope to those who need it most.

Submit a Nomination
Fill out our nomination form to refer a child, senior, family, or individual for the Celebrate Life Program.
Review & Outreach
Our team reviews each nomination with care and reaches out to connect with the family and understand their story.
Planning with Love
We work with our volunteers and community partners to plan a personalized, meaningful celebration experience.
Creating the Memory
We show up — with decorations, warmth, and everything needed — to make the moment truly unforgettable.
Who Qualifies
Eligibility
We serve families and individuals who need celebration experiences but face financial or circumstantial barriers.
- Low-income families who cannot afford celebration experiences
- Single-parent households facing financial hardship
- Children who have not had a proper birthday celebration
- Seniors celebrating major milestones without family support
- Families overcoming illness, loss, or significant hardship
- Individuals facing difficult life circumstances
